The Wii U

So all the details have finally been revealed for the Wii U!

I stayed up and watched the european Nintendo Direct (since it is more relevant for me in Australia).

So for Australia, I was pleasantly surprised about the pricing 😀 much better than I was expecting!

Nintendo will be releasing 2 variations: a Basic and Premium pack.

So time for me to sell games and stuff to get some money for the Wii U! LOL

The most controversial announcement during the Ninty Direct was that a sequel to Bayonetta was being released exclusively to the Wii U and that Nintendo will be publishing the game. This made a lot of fans upset that its Nintendo only. It’s normal to be upset when certain games you enjoy are going to be exclusive to a system (e.g. I’m upset that Persona 4 Golden is exclusive to Vita, where I have zero interest in the Vita and think it’s just way too expensive to buy one just for 1 game!), but the reactions of a lot of gamers is sad – sending death threats and just general childish behavious is plain stupid and does nothing except make the person look even more stupid! From my understanding, if Nintendo wasn’t asked to partner, the sequel would not have been made (apparently the sequel was not even “approved”).

Anyways, I’m looking forward to it 🙂
Hopefully I can nab my preorder for the Premium version!!
